Beta User Agreement

This Beta User Agreement applies to all early testers of Bartera.

1. Purpose

You are invited to test the beta version of Bartera to help improve the platform before full launch.

2. Beta Acknowledgements

You understand that:

• Features may break or be incomplete
• Data may be lost
• Errors or downtime may occur
• Functionality may change or disappear
• SMS phone verification is required to send or accept trade offers
• Once both parties pay, each user must ship within 3 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays)
• Shipping labels and tracking numbers are generated automatically upon full payment
• Trade status, tracking, and delivery updates are automated but may occasionally lag

3. Feedback

You agree to provide optional feedback that may be used to improve Bartera.

Feedback may be used freely by Ura Bartera Inc. without compensation.

4. No Confidentiality

Beta features are not confidential. However, you may not:

• Copy
• Reverse-engineer
• Redistribute
• Publicly leak sensitive backend code

5. No Guarantees

The beta is provided without warranty. You use it at your own risk.

6. Shipping Fees

Bartera charges a shipping fee for each completed trade. The shipping fee is calculated based on the package weight, dimensions, and distance between origin and destination addresses. The shipping fee includes carrier costs. The total shipping fee will be displayed to you at checkout prior to payment. By completing payment you agree to pay the shipping fee as displayed.
